Remember for the glyphs that sometimes as a tank you must change divine protection depending on the type of damage you will encounter at certain boss fights. For example if a boss deals a burst of magical damage that you can't easily sustain remove the glyph so instead of having a 20% reduction on magical damage you have 40%.
It's a situational change.
